Job Summary:

WMH Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Mechanic/Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery

Expertly identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure quick and effective resolutions

Conduct thorough preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment longevity and reliability

Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality workmanship

Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients about the status and needs of their equipment

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic/technician in the material handling, automotive, or heavy equipment industries

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus

Advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on team development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation
