Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity and IT Professional to join our team as an intern. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team members to support a large-scale digital modernization effort for the DoD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of documentation and procedures to support IT and cybersecurity activities.
- Research and create rules within various system tools to enhance security and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and engineers to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
