Key Responsibilities
As a Hotel Reception Manager at the Westin San Diego, you will oversee the front desk operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Managing the front desk team, coaching and developing staff to meet performance expectations
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
* Providing exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the stay
* Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to health and safety protocols
* Reviewing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and quality of services offered
