Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Professional Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing emotional support and administrative services to clients in individual or group settings.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the nature of clients' situations through interviews and reviewing personal history
  • Monitoring individual treatment plans and assessing client progress
  • Communicating client updates to relevant parties and facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
  • Maintaining accurate client documentation and conducting group sessions

About the Role

This is an independent contractor position working as a 1099 employee. You will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of client opportunities and build your professional network.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Previous experience in social work, counseling, or behavioral health
  • A compassionate and caring demeanor, with strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location
