We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Northwell Health. Key Responsibilities- Analyze and verify compensation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Track and report on compensation data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and modify job descriptions in accordance with requirements.
- Conduct market pricing and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Model compensation alternatives and costs out changes to inform business decisions.
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements are met, including FLSA and other regulations.
- Collaborate with Labor and Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition to drive business outcomes.
- Participate in special projects, such as reorganizations, acquisitions, and across-the-board increase processes.
- Complete timely and accurate salary surveys and analyze results as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 1-3 years of compensation experience, required.
- Prior experience with market pricing, salary surveys, and job architecture strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, preferred.
