Project Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to lead our project development efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our services and increase revenue. Your exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
