Job Title: Manufacturing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Coordinator to join our team at Life Story. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations.

About the Role:

The Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating with production staff to ensure timely completion of tasks. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, and implementing changes to enhance production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production schedules, monitor progress, and communicate with production staff
  • Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes to enhance production efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize production

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a production coordination or management role
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations management, or business administration

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
