About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Assembler to join our team at Getinge. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly of our life-saving medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the assembly process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
