Position Overview:

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated Spravato Care Coordinator to join our reputable healthcare team. This role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a regional expert in benefit coordination and provide comprehensive support to healthcare providers and patients.
  • Advocate for patients by guiding them through eligibility criteria, program enrollment, and affordability options for prescribed therapies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, delivering detailed information about programs and patient needs.
  • Possess a robust understanding of benefits across various payer types, including private, commercial, and government programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
  • Effectively navigate payer challenges by asking targeted questions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison for client contacts, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Follow established program guidelines and escalate complex cases as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between Program Management, internal stakeholders, and healthcare providers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, emphasizing attention to detail and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Program Management to share insights on patient status, provider feedback, and program effectiveness.
  • Understand the disease states relevant to the patient population served.
  • Assess situations and intervene promptly to ensure timely results.
  • Uphold high ethical standards regarding confidentiality and privacy.
  • Contribute to team morale by demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Utilize available resources for conflict resolution as needed.
  • Report pharmacovigilance information as required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Program Management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in reimbursement, insurance, healthcare billing, or related fields; or a High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment with increasing responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of prior authorization processes and appeals.
  • Familiarity with medical and pharmacy insurance terminology.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through in communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to change while maintaining program standards.
