Job Title: Anesthesia Technician

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

The Anesthesia Technician will function as an assistant to members of the anesthesia staff to facilitate and support delivery of perioperative care to patients. The successful candidate will assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Surgical Team in positioning of patients for special procedures
  • Participate in the intubation procedure under the direction of the anesthetist/anesthesiologist
  • Maintain appropriate supply of anesthesia equipment and pharmaceutical supplies
  • Coordinate requests from the anesthesia team
  • Execute equipment repairs within 24 hours

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months Hospital experience required
  • Previous Anesthesia Tech Experience preferred
