About the Role

In this dynamic role as a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. With a strong focus on teamwork and attention to detail, you will contribute to delivering top-notch products that meet customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify the accuracy and completeness of product information online
  2. Collaborate with production teams to prepare and adjust equipment on assigned production lines
  3. Receive daily guidance from Line Leads on work assignments, position rotation plans, change over tasks, training needs, and daily tasks
  4. Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively
  5. Perform regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
  6. Implement good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and follow standard operating procedures
  7. Coordinate with material handlers to maintain optimal component levels
  8. Verify component accuracy by matching part numbers to documentation
  9. Load and monitor equipment to ensure smooth product flow
  10. Perform in-process rework on line as needed
  11. Stack finished product on pallets
  12. Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to stand and walk 90% of time, lift up to 30 lbs, push and pull up to 45 lbs, perform repetitive wrist movements, climb stairs and ladders, and bend
  • Preferred qualifications include carrying objects and reaching

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on location and experience.
