Position Overview:
Genesis10 is looking for a skilled Implementation Specialist to support our client in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) sector. This role is available as a Contract position and can be performed remotely. Candidates must possess experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).

Compensation:
$60.00 per hour W2 (No third-party agencies)

Key Responsibilities:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will leverage your analytical skills to guide clients through the PBM implementation process. Your focus will be on ensuring that all client deliverables are of high quality and adhere to project timelines. You will act in a consultative capacity, sharing best practices and assisting clients in overcoming implementation challenges.

Daily Duties Include:
- Identifying key stakeholders involved in the implementation process.
- Serving as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and managing expectations.
- Gathering and documenting requirements to create deliverables for clients, providing necessary feedback, and clarifying needs to support the build phase.
- Validating client requirements against the company’s requirements library and conducting gap analyses.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation accessible to all relevant parties.
- Evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Creating process models and other relevant documentation as needed.
- Facilitating the discovery and development of use cases, user stories, and test cases.
- Conducting impact analyses and advising on testing strategies and timelines.
- Assisting in the development of test plans and reviewing end-to-end test plans for accuracy.
- Collaborating with project managers to define meeting agendas, project scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Identifying and communicating risks and issues proactively.
- Providing support for operational readiness assessments and developing criteria for entry and exit readiness.
- Documenting and sharing all business analysis notes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting research on relevant subject matter and sharing insights with clients.
- Mentoring new team members as needed and staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacy benefits and experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in PBM.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; IIBA CCBA or CBAP certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with requirements tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
