Position Overview

Toyota's Marketing Department is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Auto Show Analyst.

The main focus of this role is to strategize and implement auto shows nationwide, along with various industry and consumer events.

Reporting directly to the Auto Show & Special Events Manager, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and appeal of the Toyota brand by organizing over 30 auto shows and additional consumer events throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with internal teams (e.g., VMAC), Regional Vehicle Marketing, and Demand & Supply Managers, as well as external partners, to ensure the successful execution of auto shows and specialty events (e.g., Barrett-Jackson, NADA, SEMA).
  • Prepare essential documentation to streamline the coordination of auto shows, including travel arrangements for events.
  • Oversee individual event budgets, ensuring all projects remain within defined parameters.
  • Coordinate credentialing, accommodation, and transportation requests for major auto shows and events as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to maximize the value of activations and align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Identify innovative approaches to optimize the auto show season and dealer events while enhancing the customer experience.

  • Proven experience in event planning with a track record of executing high-caliber events.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • A knack for thriving in fast-paced environments, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Experiential Marketing Activation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
