About the Role

EnProVera Corp is seeking a highly skilled Records Examiner/Analyst to support the mission of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) by reviewing and evaluating data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm the completeness of received data and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Enter accurate data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
  • Manage case/project files and validation/verification of case data.
  • Track case file status to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
  • Manage requests for additional information as needed.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Select relevant information from various sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries, and replies to inquiries.
  • Manipulate, transfer, compute, and print information.
  • Prepare and modify reports and correspondence using word processing software.
  • Provide accurate and timely status updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or High School Diploma/GED and two-years' experience.
  • One-year experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement.
  • Ability to grasp and understand the organization and functions of the customer.
  • Demonstratable project and workload management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
  • Competence to review, interpret, evaluate, and extract data and information from complex legal and non-legal documents.
  • Strong attention to detail; meticulous data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate skills with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other common software applications.
  • Proven commitment and expertise to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional disposition.
