Responsibilities- Deliver one-to-one patient care in a home environment, ensuring the highest level of comfort and dignity for each patient.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the patient's physician.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordinate care, and provide health education to patients and their families.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
- At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
