• Train and mentor food service staff.

• Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
• Recommend equipment replacements to meet operational needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
• Fill in for absent employees as required.
• Stay informed about daily catering events and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Be available for occasional evening and weekend catered events.
• Participate in food service meetings with staff.
• Maintain effective communication with all team members.
• Perform cashier duties as necessary.
• Foster positive public relations.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding verbal instructions.
• Completion of a sanitation course is required within the first year.
• Knowledgeable in managing a cost-effective food service program.
• Basic arithmetic skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain emotional control in stressful situations.
• Strong interpersonal resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
