\Key Responsibilities
\As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and facilitating quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations\
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them\
- Providing education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and practices\
- Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives\
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote a culture of quality and safety\
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes\
- Communicating effectively with staff, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions\
- Participating in regular meetings and committees to discuss quality improvement initiatives and share best practices\
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards\
- Assisting with root cause analysis and performance improvement projects\
- Performing other duties as assigned by management\
- Fully qualified candidates should have minimum 5 years experience in a similar position, with BSN from an accredited school of nursing required, MSN preferred\
- Skillful knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic medical record documentation highly appreciated\
- Ability to travel to other locations as necessary\
- Good written and oral communication skills\
- Valid driver's license\
- Current New Jersey and Pennsylvania RN license required\
