Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of $73,000, along with relocation support and a daily stipend during the 5-month training period. Upon completion, compensation expectations are partially commission-based, providing an uncapped earning potential as an Associate Account Manager.

Responsibilities and Requirements

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Trane Technologies' climate solutions products to commercial customers, working closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design and apply systems, controls, and services for their buildings. Key requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, U.S. citizenship or the legal right to work in the U.S., and a valid driver's license with no major traffic violations.
