Job Summary

Alera Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing your book of business while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Retention
    • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling all aspects of account management.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand your book of business.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Marketing and Renewal
    • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    • Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
  • Administrative and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client information and transactions.
    • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • 10 years of experience in commercial insurance sales and account management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
