Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server Repair Specialist to join our team at MDMartin. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex server issues, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test servers to identify issues and determine the best course of action
  • Replace faulty components and perform repairs as needed
  • Conduct stress tests and analyze results to ensure optimal server performance
  • Document all symptoms, test results, and repairs in our shop floor tool
  • Collaborate with other teams, including motherboard repair and testing, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in electronic repair and assembly/disassembly
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of server architecture and networking fundamentals
