  • Assist with basic IT infrastructure tasks such as server maintenance, backups, and security updates.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to improve technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of databases, including Oracle, MSSQL, and MS Access.
  • Knowledge of Mac and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell and VBScript.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, VPNs, LANs, WANs, VOIP, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Microsoft Products, including Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Active Directory.
  • Experience with remote access software, including Remote Desktop, ScreenConnect, and Team Viewer.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems.
  • Ability to travel when required for store support.
  • On-call availability after hours when necessary.
