We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pest Control Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Rentokil North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to leverage their strong communication skills, product knowledge, and passion for pest control to drive sales success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of pest control solutions, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company-matching contributions.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell pest control solutions.
  • Prospect new business leads through effective cold calling, networking, and lead generation techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of pest control services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of pest control solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
