Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote patient wellness and safety

  • Manage emergencies and provide ongoing support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • BSN required; commitment to obtaining BSN within three years from date of hire can be considered with relevant experience
  • Registered Nurse with 2 years of experience; telemetry experience a plus
  • BLS required; ACLS preferred, with commitment to obtaining within 6 months of hire
  • Progressive Care or Gerontology Certification preferred
