Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Corrections Position
Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to work in a corrections setting. The ideal candidate will have a current Virginia Nurse Practitioner License and Autonomous status. The position offers a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension, and the candidate will receive a tax-free stipend for housing and meals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care within the scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility.
- Work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, with a possibility of overtime.
- Participate in required training and education programs.
Requirements:
- Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner License.
- Autonomous status.
- 1 year of recent relevant experience.
