Elmer's Home Services Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking dedicated Full-time Residential HVAC Warranty Technicians to enhance our customer service team.
As a Warranty Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems. You will also perform scheduled preventative maintenance and supervise apprentices to ensure quality workmanship. This position includes occasional overtime and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support.
- Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on residential heating and cooling units.
- Oversee and mentor apprentices in the field.

Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service.
- Valid Driver's License and current TDLR certification.
- EPA certification required.

- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues, including soldering and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries related to service, maintenance, and warranty issues.
