Business Operations Coordinator Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Century 21 Americana. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business.

About the Role
The Business Operations Coordinator will assist in creating and documenting policies, procedures, and systems, and follow through with implementation. This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities to coordinate with a virtual team and support company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in creating and documenting policies, procedures, and systems, and follow through with implementation.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures.
* Coordinate with a virtual team to support company initiatives.
* Achieve performance goals while supporting our culture and mission.
* Prepare reports and audits to monitor and improve operational effectiveness.
* Understand the daily activities and duties of each department and ensure that they are running smoothly at all times.
* Implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and resolve problems.
* Analyze process workflow and employee requirements; suggest or implement changes.

Requirements
* 3+ years of significant business and management experience in an operational role.
* A track record for creating systems and processes and raising efficiency to meet company goals.
* Experience with integrating scalable computer systems and technologies preferred.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Spanish speaking preferred.
