Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to lead business and technology initiatives across various lines of business and functional units. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior consulting roles, preferably in the asset management industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex programs and consulting engagements, often leading matrixed teams of junior practitioners.
  • Partner with executives to assess business needs and manage project teams in areas such as client needs assessment, analysis, future state design, and implementation planning.
  • Provide top-tier consulting services in critical areas like IT, business process optimization, change management, mergers and acquisitions integration, and business case development.
What We Offer

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in senior consulting or management roles, preferably in the asset management industry.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $140,000 and $160,000, depending on location and qualifications.
