Corporate Credit Analyst II

OneSearch Group, a leading Corporate & Investment Banking group in South Florida, is seeking a skilled Corporate Credit Analyst II to join their team in Miami. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing due diligence, credit execution, and ongoing review of Leveraged Finance, Acquisition Finance, Asset-Based, and Project Finance facilities for Large Corporations, Financial Sponsors, and Middle Market Companies in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Credit Approval Memorandums: Prepare comprehensive credit approval memorandums for presentation to applicable approval authority committees, covering existing loans, new potential loans, Annual Reviews, waivers, amendments, and other required documents.
  • Loan Underwriting and Analysis: Evaluate and review loan information, including financial projections, risk mitigation, financial statements, financial models, lender presentations, public filings, datarooms, diligence reports, appraisal reports, and other related loan information and supporting documentation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure that loan packages comply with credit, underwriting standards, and lending/credit policies, and assist in monitoring the financial performance of the portfolio.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and expand the Bank's relationship with key sponsors and developers in the named industries, including private equity funds, utility companies, international and domestic energy/infrastructure firms, construction companies, and related manufacturers.
  • Proactive Credit Committee Support: Anticipate questions/topics that credit committee members will likely focus on, sufficiently address those topics, and be prepared to address/discuss those points at committee if needed.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist the Corporate Banking Department concerning loan policies and procedures, quality control matters, loan review, and underwriting, and participate in Corporate Banking pipeline meetings.
