Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Liaison Specialist to join our team at Sleep Better Austin. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers in our territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers through regular meetings and communication.
  • Provide education and support to healthcare providers on our services and procedures.
  • Update CRM systems and perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Deliver updates to referring providers on patient progress.
  • Attend regular meetings and participate in community outreach activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology.
  • Reliable vehicle and ability to track mileage.
  • Ability to drive throughout the territory.
