Job Summary:
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Senior NDT Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Lincoln Electric. Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality control processes for NDT operations
* Lead teams of NDT personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
* Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
* Provide training and guidance to NDT personnel on quality procedures
* Maintain accurate records of quality control activities
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality outcomes

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., materials science, engineering)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in NDT, with a focus on quality assurance
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
