Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Level-III NDT Inspector Lead to join our team at LINCOLN ELECTRIC. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all NDT operations, ensuring they adhere to customer requirements and specifications. You will also be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining all NDT procedures and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-destructive testing (NDT), with experience in leading teams and implementing quality control processes. You will be required to work closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality and reliability.

* Create, implement, and maintain all NDT procedures and protocols

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., materials science, engineering)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in NDT, with a focus on quality assurance
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
