Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at HealthXL, LLC. This full-time, in-office role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incoming Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner, maintaining an answer rate of 95% during business hours.
  • Office Operations: Manage entry door alarm codes, serve as the primary contact for office-related vendors, and ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies.
  • Operational Support: Track and maintain inventory of computer equipment, create shipping labels, and facilitate onboarding tasks for new hires.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience handling high-volume incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, with the ability to demonstrate empathy when speaking with patients.
  • Office Experience: Prior experience in an office role, preferably with diverse responsibilities.
