Category Procurement Specialist - Real Estate & Corporate Services

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Procurement Specialist with expertise in Category Management, specifically within the realm of Real Estate and Corporate Services. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to advance their careers and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned spend categories, collaborating closely with a sourcing delivery team in an agile environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on best practices and identifying opportunities for demand and supply-side improvements.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing events for major initiatives and significant vendor partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on negotiating complex agreements.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic sourcing processes, including contract analysis and negotiation.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex pricing structures.
  • Strong understanding of legal frameworks relevant to procurement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships across various levels of management.
  • Self-driven and capable of thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and results-oriented work.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing categories and contract-to-payment processes.
  • Familiarity with strategic sourcing methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Ability to challenge conventional thinking and propose innovative solutions.
