  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency in maintenance tasks.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed to address maintenance emergencies.
  • Must have own basic hand tools to perform duties.
