Key Responsibilities- Warehouse Operations: Ensure the warehouse is operating at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing activities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including helping customers load items into their vehicles and assisting with daily operations.
- Sales and Financial Transactions: Sell company products and services, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age and License: Must be at least 18 years old and have a current Driver's License.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies, excellent problem-solving skills, good communication and computer skills, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience: Sales and/or retail experience, warehouse experience, and/or agricultural background.
- Certifications: Experience operating a forklift and/or willingness to learn/be certified on company forklifts.
- Compensation: Starting wage: $19 - $24/hour DOE.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no weekends).
- Benefits Package: Medical benefits (partial employer paid) and 401(k).
