Job Summary

As a Sales Associate in our Hunting Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the right products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the gun counter and firearm rooms.

• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.

• In-depth knowledge of form 4473 and ensure accuracy when completing the employee portion.

• Review and ensure accuracy on the customer portion of form 4473.

• Ensure security of the hunting department and all ATF standards are met for all firearm transactions.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is also required.

• A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended. Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.

Physical Requirements

This position involves a variety of physical activities including: talking, hearing, lifting, sitting, standing for multiple hours, and repetitive motions.
