As an Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and deploying Windows based servers, analyzing system logs to identify potential issues, and applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and configuring new hardware and software, adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, and documenting the configuration of the system.

Detail-oriented and proactive, you will troubleshoot any reporting problems, ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running, and configure, add, and delete file systems to ensure parity between dev, test, and production environments.

You will also be responsible for performing SCAP Scans and completing STIG Checklists to provide Information Assurance with necessary artifacts for RMF compliance, ensuring Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) guidelines are met, and handling the installation of McAfee software, including Common Management Agent, Threat Prevention, HBSS, Endpoint Security, and Virus Scan Enterprise.

While a DoD approved Information Assurance-Technical (IAT) Level II (or an IAT Level III) certification, such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP is required, a MCSA, MCSE, Cisco, or VMware certification is desired. Proficiency in operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows and Windows Server, server applications, like VMWare ESXi, and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Team Foundation Server is also required.

As a valuable member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of EMW and enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
