Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality CT scans of patients, working closely with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses, and maintaining a safe and efficient imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Maintain a safe and efficient imaging environment, adhering to OSHA and DHEC standards
  • Assist with patient care, including positioning and preparing patients for scans
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve imaging quality and patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate of an accredited Allied Health program preferred
  • One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred
  • Registered in Radiologic Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); or current RSFH teammate with a high school diploma or GED and a permanent certification in Radiography from SCRQSA
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card
