About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator for Audiology to join our team at Accurate Hearing Centers. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the success of our audiology practice.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a medical, dental, optometry, or audiology field. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid holidays, sick days, vacation time, participation in a company-funded retirement savings plan, profit-sharing, and medical insurance after 90 days.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the audiology team
  2. Answer incoming calls and direct patients to the appropriate care
  3. Schedule and confirm next-day appointments
  4. Maintain patient files, insurance information, and payments received
  5. Prepare and pull patient charts on a daily basis
  6. Ensure HIPAA compliant records archiving/filing

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in audiology/hearing aids is preferred but not required.
