Compliance:
Guarantee that the organization complies with labor regulations and employment standards, while maintaining precise employee records and managing confidential information.

Training & Development:
Plan and conduct training sessions for staff, focusing on skill enhancement and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required)
Experience in HR or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
