Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate III to join our team at Net2Source Inc. in Oceanside, CA. As a Research Associate III, you will be responsible for developing and characterizing formulations and processes for biologic drug products in pivotal and commercial stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform experiments related to protein formulation and stability of various dosage forms and configurations.
- Author protocols, technical summary reports, and tech transfer documentation defining the manufacturing process and parameters.
- Review Master Batch Records for accuracy and trend process data supporting process development or fill/finish manufacturing operations.
- Execute studies in support of drug product technology transfers to clinical and commercial manufacturing sites.
- Communicate effectively with departments and meetings in both written and presentation format.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences, with 5+ years of experience or MS degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, scientific creativity, and collaboration with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with biologics molecules and protein formulation/stability.
- Scale-down/-up of biologics drug product process development activities.
- Knowledge of in-use stability and drug administration process.
