Job Title: Financial Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Specialist to join our team at KEITH in Pompano Beach, FL.

Estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs and performance, reviewing costs and drafting invoices with Project Managers, and preparing project invoices monthly.

They will also assist with FDOT Audit Packages when needed, set up and maintain project records in Deltek Vantagepoint and KEITH Network, and support Project Managers with proposal and contract preparation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience with project accounting software, preferably Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. A background in the A/E/C industry is also preferred, as well as experience with billing, particularly FDOT billing.
