We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Line Specialist to join our team at Path Engineering. As an Extrusion Line Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion line, ensuring the safety of our team members, and maintaining a high level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the extrusion line according to specifications, ensuring all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Inspect product characteristics to ensure conformance to quality standards.
  • Monitor the extrusion line process, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Packaging products and documenting product/process data.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers, providing regular updates on production progress.
  • Be available for overtime as needed, supporting the team to meet production demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Extrusion Operator or in a related manufacturing role.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with basic reading and math skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, equipment troubleshooting, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as calipers and micrometers, extrusion machines, forklifts, and measurement gauges.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
