Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As the leader of our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and dining experience for our guests and team members. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching the team, as well as utilizing AES Systems to run a great restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure outstanding service and satisfied guests
- Hire, train, and coach the team
- Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant
- Implement restaurant controls, including cash and inventory management
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
