- Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings to ensure compliance with mental health clinic statutes.
- Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of trauma-informed therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
