At Sevita, we're committed to helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities live fulfilling lives. As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in our mission by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in a center-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run therapeutic and behavioral plans to increase social and self-management skills

• Provide guidance on developmental goals, including communication, exercise, and nutrition

• Support individuals with learning and maintaining personal skills, such as hygiene and grooming

• Teach and model interpersonal and social skills to help individuals thrive in their communities

• Provide assistance using strategies to properly manage and redirect agitated or aggressive behaviors

Requirements:

• Meet one of the following EIDBI Level qualifications for education and/or experience:

• Level 1: Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a mental health discipline or hold a master's degree in a mental health field

• Level 2: Enrolled in or obtained a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in behavioral health, child development, or related fields, or possess a high school diploma and 4,000 hours of paid/supervised clinical experience
