Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, enhance their utilization of credit lines, and manage account risks and collections.
- Focus on portfolio growth by collecting new dealer applications and ensuring timely follow-ups on leads and referrals.
- Meet performance objectives set by the organization through daily outreach and customer visits, collaborating with internal teams to boost revenue and ensure prudent account management.
- Educate clients on account performance, self-service options, and compliance best practices.
- Analyze customer financial data and internal reports to monitor dealer performance and drive growth while managing risks.
- Assist the Risk department with risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as a fiduciary for the organization, reporting any significant compliance issues or fraudulent activities.
- Document all client interactions and activities in the company’s CRM systems as required.
- Foster collaboration across all divisions of the Hankey Group.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- Understanding of the automotive industry across various sectors.
- Strong financial insight with familiarity in financial tools and terminology.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a remote work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in finance, sales, account management, or collections.
- Willingness to travel, including overnight trips.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $50,000 annually.
