The position of Maintenance and Metrology Manager is a strategic leadership role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for optimizing production processes, we want to hear from you.

**Your Impact:**

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Maintain a high-performing team by providing individualized training, development plans, and succession planning to ensure a deep bench of talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies, leverage available talent, and improve internal customer support and throughput.
  • Develop and maintain a mastery of internal processes, including SAP, Document Management, Quality Management, Maintenance, and Metrology Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including GMP and ISO standards.

**Your Background:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a similar technical field.
  • 5+ years of lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of validated systems, processes, metrology, and equipment maintenance.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience and training a plus.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance and metrology management systems a plus.
