Qualifications:

  • Capability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to assess and choose among various options quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards, which may vary based on hotel needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock the designated number of guest rooms during each shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • May require disassembling furniture or items in guest rooms for deep cleaning purposes.
  • Deep cleaning duties may include changing air conditioning filters, cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and moldings, repairing scratched furniture, or rehanging sliding doors.
