Job Summary
Vesta Management is seeking an experienced Relocation Specialist to support our ongoing redevelopment project at a 163-unit multi-family community. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the success of this project by coordinating resident relocations, managing hotel units, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with residents and leaseholders for temporary relocations, including scheduling moves, inspecting units, and managing required notices.
- Manage hotel units and vacancies, ensuring they are cleaned and prepared for residents.
- Provide and facilitate communication among Property Management, General Contractor, Vesta Construction Management, and other team members and vendors.
- Attend and facilitate resident meetings periodically throughout the construction period.
- Meet with vendors and city officials as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Three years minimum related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in a similar role for a management company is preferred.
- Background check and drug screening are required.
- Clean driving record is required.
Compensation
$65,000.00-$85,000.00/yr.
